What's included in the free trial?
Seven days, no credit card. One brand, 15 prompts, and one scan on ChatGPT. You pick Starter, Growth or Scale when the trial ends.
What's the difference between yearly and monthly?
Yearly billing is two months free: you pay ten months of the monthly price and get twelve. The /mo figure is the monthly equivalent. Software is billed in USD.
What is a scan, and how is it different from a prompt?
A prompt is a saved buyer question you track. A scan runs your active prompts across the AI engines your plan includes, and uses one scan from that period's budget. Caps for both are in the table above.
What happens if I use all my scans?
Wait until the next billing period, or upgrade. There is no extra scan pack.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from billing settings. If you cancel, access lasts through the period you already paid for.
