Terms of Service.

The agreement between Zaraftis LLC and the customers and visitors who use the Zaraftis website, web app, and API. We've kept it short, plain-English, and structured so you can find what you need.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Zaraftis account, accessing the Zaraftis website, or using any Zaraftis API, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, don't use Zaraftis.

Plain-English summary. Use Zaraftis = agree to these terms. The rest of this document explains what you can and can't do, what we promise, what we don't promise, and what happens if things go wrong.

The service

Zaraftis is a software-as-a-service platform that monitors how AI search engines describe, cite, and recommend brands. We provide it under the brand "Zaraftis" through our website (zaraftis.com), the Zaraftis web app, and our public API. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will give you reasonable notice before we remove or materially degrade a feature you depend on.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You agree not to share login credentials. If multiple people need access, use Zaraftis' multi-seat features.
  • Notify us at security@zaraftis.com as soon as you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Zaraftis to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label Zaraftis without a separate written agreement with us.
  • Submit prompts, scan targets, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or designed to deceive.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the API, or interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Use Zaraftis to scrape, harvest, or aggregate personal data for marketing without lawful basis.
  • Use Zaraftis to monitor or surveil specific individuals.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For serious violations, we may do so without notice.

Plans, billing, and refunds

  • Free access. You can create an account and set up your brand and prompts at no cost. Running scans against the AI engines requires a paid plan.
  • Paid plans. Billed monthly or annually in advance. Plan tiers, prices, and included scan volumes are listed at zaraftis.com/pricing and form part of these Terms.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Refunds. Monthly plans are not refundable for partial months. Annual plans may be cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase for a pro-rated refund.
  • Taxes. Prices exclude applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. Where required, we will collect tax at the applicable rate.
  • Late payment. If a payment fails, we will retry. If payment remains overdue 14 days, we may suspend the account until paid.

Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data you submit to Zaraftis (your domains, prompt seeds, brand names, scan results, and any files you upload). By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display it solely as needed to operate the service for you.

We do not train AI models on your private data. We do not sell your data. We do not share your inputs or scan results with any other Zaraftis customer.

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual property

Zaraftis, the Zaraftis name, logo, website, software, dashboards, and reports are owned by Zaraftis LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service while your subscription is active and these Terms are in effect.

Feedback you send us (suggestions, bug reports, feature requests) may be used freely to improve the service, without obligation or compensation to you.

Confidentiality

"Confidential Information" means non-public information one party shares with the other, including business plans, pricing, technical details, and customer data. Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information with at least the same care it uses for its own (and never less than a reasonable standard), use it only as needed under these Terms, and not disclose it to third parties except to employees and contractors bound by similar obligations.

Warranties & disclaimers

We warrant that we will provide the service with commercially reasonable skill and care.

EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ABLE TO PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOME.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EACH PARTY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Termination

  • By you. You may cancel any time from the billing settings page. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • By us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use Zaraftis in a way that creates legal or security risk.
  • Effect of termination. The Customer data, Intellectual property, Confidentiality, Warranties, Liability, and Governing law sections survive termination. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination so you can export it; after that we delete it (subject to our backup cycle and any legal hold).

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version, increment the version number, and email customers with active accounts at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
